The Task
Nikita runs four businesses and learned about problems last. Reports were assembled by hand, and signals were lost between the CRM, ad accounts and the team's work.

This fits owners running several businesses who cannot realistically look into every system. The data exists, but it is spread across the CRM, ad accounts, tasks and chats — and only becomes a picture when someone sits down and assembles it by hand.
