1. Services

UNIKA provides AI automation consulting and implementation services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Payment Terms

All packages are one-time payments unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon project kickoff. Enterprise packages may include milestone-based payment schedules.

3. Guarantees

  • Starter: 100% money-back guarantee if no results after 30 days of active usage.
  • Professional / Enterprise: free rework if acceleration is less than 3x; 50% refund if ROI is less than 200% after 12 months.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom AI agents, workflows, and configurations developed for clients become the client's property upon full payment. UNIKA retains the right to use anonymized case studies and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

UNIKA's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Technical Support

Support period depends on the selected package. After support ends, agents continue to operate. Additional support months can be purchased separately.
