1. Services

UNIKA provides AI automation consulting and implementation services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Payment Terms

The cost of work is determined after the process analysis and fixed in the project agreement. Payment is due at the start of each stage (analysis, pilot, launch) unless otherwise specified. Milestone-based payment is available for larger projects.

3. Guarantees

Pilot before scaling: we first validate one scenario on real data, and only then suggest expanding the automation.
Measurable effect: before launch we fix target metrics (response time, number of manual operations, team workload) and compare the numbers before and after.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom AI agents, workflows, and configurations developed for clients become the client's property upon full payment. UNIKA retains the right to use anonymized case studies and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

UNIKA's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Technical Support

The scope and duration of support are fixed in the project agreement. After the support period ends, the configured processes keep working. Additional support can be purchased separately.
