Built the LUNA wellness website around choosing, trusting, and booking
The Task
The product task was to present different activities as one LUNA wellness experience while helping a visitor move from brand atmosphere to a specific format and time.
What We Built
We developed the responsive LUNA wellness website, a Telegram bot with an automated funnel, and an integration that sends inquiries to ADDO CRM.
Timeline
Estimate for a comparable project: 5–7 weeks including schedule logic, localization, and responsive QA.

Context
LUNA wellness is a women’s wellness space in central Tashkent. It brings together reformer training, aero yoga, classic yoga, cycling, group programs, and recovery services. The website has to communicate more than a service list: a future guest also needs to understand the atmosphere, differences between formats, trainers, schedule, price, and first-visit process.

Product task
A flat catalogue would show many names without helping someone choose. An atmosphere-only site would leave practical questions unanswered. The interface therefore needed to present LUNA wellness as one coherent experience and then continue the selected journey through a Telegram bot and ADDO CRM.

Approach
The journey moves from feeling to action. The hero frames LUNA wellness through movement, balance, and recovery. Brand philosophy comes next, followed by activity cards, real spaces, schedule, trainers, prices, and first-visit guidance.
A warm neutral palette, restrained gold accent, editorial serif, and calm motion support the positioning while keeping operational content readable.

Solution
The hero describes an experience
Instead of listing every service, the opening screen establishes the character of the space and leads into the main areas.
Activity cards support comparison
Reformer, Aero Yoga, Yoga, Cycling, group programs, and recovery formats each receive a clear card with purpose, visual context, starting price information, and an action.
Photography verifies the environment
Galleries show studios, equipment, changing areas, and wellness zones. They reduce first-visit uncertainty and support the brand promise with tangible details.
Schedule, team, and pricing appear before booking
Visitors can switch days and formats, review trainer profiles, compare pricing, and understand the first visit before moving to Telegram.
The Telegram bot continues the automated funnel
After a visitor selects a format and time, the Telegram bot continues the funnel, collects the required details, and sends the inquiry to ADDO CRM for team follow-up.

Implementation
The website is built with Next.js and hosted on Vercel, with Russian and Uzbek localization, responsive galleries, and an interactive schedule. We also developed a Telegram bot with an automated funnel and configured ADDO CRM inquiry integration. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica are connected.

Impact
Delivered
- a responsive website for the women’s wellness space;
- a structured showcase of six core areas and studio galleries;
- schedule, trainer profiles, pricing, and first-visit guidance;
- two languages, a Telegram bot with an automated funnel, and ADDO CRM integration.
User value
A visitor can compare formats, see the real space, check schedule and price, and continue through the Telegram bot without losing the selected context.
Business value
The website helps LUNA wellness present a broad service mix consistently, while the Telegram bot and ADDO CRM integration connect user choice with inquiry processing. Booking and revenue impact are not claimed without client analytics.

Reflection
A service-space website should sell confidence before the first visit, not merely a list of activities. Positioning creates interest; cards, photography, schedule, and pricing make the decision practical.
Key Results
- activities, space, schedule, and pricing form one decision journey
- visitors can compare formats before their first visit
- the Telegram bot continues the funnel and sends the inquiry to ADDO CRM
